What is your returns and exchanges policy?

The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Please don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. 

We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:

If your purchase isn't the right fit for you, you have 30 days to ask for a new size and we'll send it your way ASAP! For these cases, you can check out our Exchange Process here.
