The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
1.What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:
a. The item you purchased did not fit
b. You did not receive the item you purchased
c. The item you purchased is defective
d. The item you purchased is incomplete
e. The item you purchased is incorrect
If your purchase isn't the right fit for you, you have 30 days to ask for a new size and we'll send it your way ASAP! For these cases, you can check out our Exchange Process here.
If there’s something else wrong with your order, make sure your are familiar with our Returns Policy before moving forward. You can check out our Returns Process here.
Please do not return anything without letting us know first!
As for refunds, we usually work on a case-to-case basis, but here are our fundamental refund rules:
a. No refunds on sale items, sorry!
b. Refunds can be issued up to 30 days after you ordered. Once the 30 days are over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.
c. Unfortunately,you might pay for the shipping costs. Once your item’s been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!
Loverbeauty does reserve the right to deny any return or refund request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case. Please, if there’s anything wrong with your order, give us a chance to make things right!
2.How do I start an exchange?
Need to exchange something? Welcome to the wonderful world of shopping ;-) We’ve tried really hard to make our Exchange Process as hassle-free as possible, and are quite proud of what we’ve achieved. You can start your exchange process like this:
a. Go to https://loverbeauty.com/a/returns-exchanges
b. Fill out the questions we ask you there - mostly related to what item you want to exchange and why.
c. Wait for your Returns and Exchanges Authorization Code and instructions - we’ll send them via email. This email can take up to 2 work days to get to you. If you haven’t gotten the email after 2 work days, this is what you can do.
d. We’ll let you know once your new package is being shipped. You can expect the entire process to take 2-3 business days.
Keep in mind we will only provide you with an Exchanges Address and/or Returns and Exchanges Code once we’re able to process your exchange, so don’t send anything our way until you do. We might not get it!
3.How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?
Processing return and exchange requests takes between 2 to 3 business days.
If you’re looking for an exchange, you can expect to get your new item delivered between 3 to 7 business days after processing.
If you’re worried about a refund, keep in mind that these can take up to 5 days to show up in your bank or credit card statement after issued. Some banks also prefer to issue them during the next billing cycle - getting in touch with your bank or card issuer in this case is a good idea.

4.How do I start a return?
Need to return something?It’s ok - these things happen and we understand. Kick off the Return Process yourself with these easy steps:

b. Fill out the questions we ask you there - we’ll mostly ask you what you wish to return, why you’re returning it and the sort.
c. Wait for your Returns and Exchanges Authorization Code and instructions - we’ll send them via email. This email can take up to 2 days to get to you. If you haven’t gotten the email after 2 days, this is what you can do.
d. We’ll let you know once your return is being processed.
Please, do not send anything back without having your Returns and Exchanges Authorization Code and our Returns Address. We will not accept unauthorized returns - especially when they won’t be able to get back to us!
5.Where do I send the product I want to return or exchange?
Remember you should never send anything back without having your Returns and Exchanges Authorization Code and our Returns or Exchanges Addresses emailed to you, along with shipping instructions.
We do not accept unauthorized returns - this was actually implemented to save time. We need to actually process your Return or Exchange before expecting them at our warehouse. This was a great lesson learned after this one time we spent three whole days looking for a package in our warehouse (true story!).

6.I haven’t received my Returns and Exchanges Authorization Code. What do I do?
Oh no! First thing: do not panic. Remember it can take a couple of days to get to you. If it’s been longer that that, there are a couple of things that could be happening:
a. Check your Spam folder. You and I both know we’re not spam but hey, sometimes email providers like to hurt our feelings this way.
b. If the email is nowhere to be found (Spam folder checked and all), then Contact Us ASAP and let us know. Your request might have not gone through, we might have made a mistake… the possibilities are endless but we want to make this right!
